Most of these utilities are free because they are opensource Windows applications. I also recommend the same utilities to my business clients (home workers and business users), so you can rely on these utilities to get your work done and to run a reliable computer or laptop.

local computer support - a fixed fee service

There are two ways I can help: most new clients start out by contacting me as and when they need help. After the client and me work out what, if any, work is needed, they get a fixed fee quote. It's then up to me to see the work through to its conclusion, within the fixed fee, and within the agreed time. More details can be found here.

Over time, the new clients, and it's not just the bigger ones, tend to pay me a fixed monthly fee for which they get an all inclusive computer support service. I help them with anything to do with computers, ranging from problems that stop work from getting done, to general ideas, or how to improve workflow.

The monthly fee also covers any emergency call-outs and replacement laptops and computers.
On top of that, their hardware is covered by a 5 year all-inclusive warranty: no questions asked, includes all labour, onsite pick-up and onsite delivery & installation. More details can be found here.
