Over time, the new clients, and it's not just the bigger ones, tend to pay me a fixed monthly fee for which they get an all inclusive computer support service. I help them with anything to do with computers, ranging from problems that stop work from getting done, to general ideas, or how to improve workflow.
The monthly fee also covers
any emergency call-outs and
replacement laptops and computers.
On top of that, their hardware is covered by a 5 year all-inclusive
warranty: no questions asked, includes all labour, onsite
pick-up and
onsite delivery & installation.
